I like the fact that you can check in and check out online to speed up the process. I was able to do an upgrade to Jacuzzi in my room and got an extra roll the way that. All about the staff was super friendly and there were tons of places to eat within close proximity.
I traveled with family and requested an additional pillow. The staff delivered it within minutes. The quick response made the experience comfortable. Their service approach seemed well coordinated.
I stayed here across a few years and I can say it's decently nice, like it's not a holiday inn or Ramada inn nice but it takes in the middle it's decent they have breakfast (kinda) they got a pool and gym but the only thing is the hallways smell of weed but that's not to bad, beds are comfy, TV works, and a nice shower, but they have better breakfast on the weekends like eggs, sausage,has browns in weekdays they got waffle toast bagels cereal and not much more well their you go if you needed info
The hot tub in the room was fantastic and very relaxing fit both me and my husband definitely enjoyed our visit
Was bused by amtrak to this location from downtown Chicago. Room was clean but walls could be freshned up. Bathroom was clean plenty of towels folded in to cute fan like shape. Hot water came on quick. Location was kinda odd but it worked for the almost 100 of us who had missed connections and need a room. Front desk was set up and organized to handel us all quickly!! Was impressed with that!!
Very nice hotel. Front desk staff was very polite and friendly. Rooms are clean, the beds are nice and comfy. Housekeeping should give the tub a once over for loose hairs that are left in the tub. The breakfast is pretty good. It would be great if you'd keep in mind that everyone cannot drink caffeinated coffee and have a decaffeinated coffee machine there also, that would be great.
I had a small billing question at checkout. The front desk reviewed the transaction and explained it clearly. Transparency in the process was appreciated.
Location is nice since it's close to the expressway! Got a room with a Jacuzzi in it & the bed was real comfortable. Rooms were clean. The only downfall was not having a TV remote in the room & not having a corkscrew for use. Other than that, breakfast options was good! I didn't get a chance to get in the pool, but will be back
